Tesla Owner Implanted Her Car’s Keys Into Her Arm

For those who don’t Tesla Model 3 doesn’t come with a physical key, It can be unlocked and turned on with a smartphone or a keycard that helps when your phone dies.

Keycard uses the same RFID technology like any hotel room key.

Amie DD is a software engineer and describes herself as “maker of things.” In a video, she explained that she had implanted an RFID tag in her arm years ago, which she had used to open her home’s front door.

She figured out the way, With help from a company called VivoKey, which specializes in implantable chips for computer passwords, ID badges, and more, Amie had the Tesla antenna encased in the polymer so that it could safely be implanted beneath her skin.
